QUALITY CONTROL:
A detailed quality control guarantee you that you'll obtain an excellent product for making your work.
We realize a selection and separation process of the ice cream sticks with the purpose to deliver to our customers a product with similar physical characteristics and exquisiteness for each one of
your uses.
IN PLATATION & HARVESTING PROCESS
Since the beginning, our forestry bureau is developing programs and techniques, in order to perk up our wood quality. So we can obtain
Similar density and color quality of wood due to the ideal plantation conditions. Secondly, Those logs that are fungus or insect attacks ,
screw shaped fiber will be rejected during harvesting and when arriving at factory.
IN MANUFCTURING PROCESS:
STEAMING:Steaming process establish the basic sanitary conditions of the product.
Steaming with 70~100 C temperature according to different seasons can make optimum timber fibre to produce quality veneer with taste free (no wood resin)
VENEER:The dimension and texture of the plywood are inspected in the process of veneer in order to obtain We select best veneer to punch the shapes&size that customer required.
DRYING:Wood drying with more than 100 C , make us sure of having a guaranteed product , because it had been protected from many kind of fungus and insects.Respect to the humidity, our wood is stabilized at 8%- 12% of relative humidity.
POLISHING:STICKS are polished and waxed with food grade, paraffin wax in polishing machine afterwards.The polished sticks improve the surface smoothness and the flow of sticks through the high-speed auto stick unscramblers and inserters.
SORTING:We ensure uniform quality sticks by advance sorting machine and manual sorting&inspection . The auto sorting machine and workers will check each sticks for thickness, width, length, colour, straightness, zig-zag, curving, damaged&chipped ends, smooth edges, smooth surfaces and mechanical damage.
STICKS not conforming to standards at any stage of production will be isolated for re-processing or processing as a by-product
DUST COLLECTION SYSTERM: Conscious of that sticks mainly touch ice cream and other food products. We have installed a sophisticated dust collecting systerm allowing us to eliminate the risk of dust presence in the ice cream .
WORKING ENVIROMENT Health and hygiene work practices appropriate to the production of food grade products .The operators wear hairnets when working in the sorting and packing areas and all must wash their hands before entering or re-entering the critical production area.
PACKING&STORAGE:The cartons are carefully glued and sealed with reinforced tape(no staple )to prevent humidity , entrance of dust and other
contaminant.
The cartons are marked with an identification code to determinate production date, machine and operator code, type of product .The cartons are stored in a dry and cool place to prevent the growth of
microorganisms.
